This is a modern web presence designed for Joburg Swim School, an established aquatic learning facility serving families across Johannesburg. The project focused on creating a warm, trustworthy, and conversion-focused experience that makes it easy for parents to discover programs, understand safety standards, and book lessons with confidence. I conducted competitive analysis of swim school websites, parent user interviews, and accessibility research to understand what drives enrollment decisions and builds trust in aquatic education services.
